Dr. Khan and Cardiac Center of Texas are leading the way in preventive cardiac care by becoming one of the first in the area to utilize the most advanced technology and diagnostic equipment. The center recently installed a 64-slice, Siemens CT scanner which is the fastest CT scanner available in the area. This enables them to obtain images of the heart and related structures, perform coronary angiography, and detect atherosclerosis in the early stage in arteries of the heart.
